I would give this place 5 stars but the last time I went there the food was lacking like they had a different cook and they didn't really know what they would

Food was great! Hot fresh and made perfectly. However Service was terrible, this is a hot wings place and what do you need.. Drinks.. when my "bottemless" drink runs out you know there is a problem. After the first drink it was over an HOUR for a refill... After the refill he went to get the check and would right back... 30mins later.. where's the check?.. Even saw the manager or what looked like a manager wearing a blue polo and didn't even bother to walk the room check on anything. Looked like he was just trying to avoid the customers. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you have 2 hours and brought your own drinks. *NOT* RECOMMENDED!

Super quick service, good food

Suzanne was our server this evening and did a fantastic job! My husband and I aren't super picky, but have our details we like. She met all our needs and more, great visit!

Your nachos are awesome! You make a perfect portion with exactly what I want on them! I also like your plethora of wing tasting choices. I think it would be great if you had an option to try your wing flavors when visiting.

I've visited twice. Boneless wings are freshly made and delicious. Great variety of sauces to choose from. House salad is excellent. Patty melt is ok. The Barnyard chicken sandwich is good. Service and setting is good. Nice outdoor seating too. We'll visit again.

First time coming in, visiting friends from Ohio as we look to relocate. Up home we have a favorite "wing place" and wanted to start looking for a substitute as there are none outside of Ohio. We were pleasantly surprised. Service was fantastic. The menu is good though the wing sauce selection is a little overwhelming. We tried to get close to "classic buffalo" and came close. It was pretty good. Also had tikka masala and that was excellent. Brisket burger was exactly what I expected and the mac and cheese was really just stellar. Overall a wonderful first experience! Cant wait to come back!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER... HOW DOES A APP TAKE 30 MINS TO MAKE????? GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER AND YOU ALL WONDER WHY YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS!! RUDE AS CAN BE AND ACT LIKE ITS A BURDEN TO ASSIST YOU. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR RUINING OUR LUNCH. AGAIN GET IT TOGETHER!! MCDONALDS AND BURGER KING ARE 5 STARS COMPARED TO YOU ALL.. GARBAGE AND PATHETIC. You need to close the doors.. I am having all my friends and family tell everyone they know about how terrible this place is.

Food was GREAT ordered online for pickup, took 10 minutes for someone to come to the front. Had 2 separate orders to pick up. They brought part of 1 out. I asked for the 2nd order, again & she brought a partial order out. I advised that it was missing a dish & she proceeds to tell me that it is not and was not on the order. I start to pull out my phone to show her the order & she ran to the back and grabbed the missing meal before I ever had it brought up on my phone, then begins to walk off & I had to ask for the drink that was ordered as well before she disappeared again. Organization is not their strong suit. Needless to say, I was very frustrated by the time I left. They were not busy except the people seated at the bar and no real excuse to not greet people when they come in & get the order incorrect 4x

One of my favorite places in Kingsport. Lively but not overly loud. Great food. Great staff.

Love the buffalo wings and frys! I can't get enough! Service isn't the best...just depends on who you get. One young man there has room for some improvement in a few areas. But the wings and frys keep me coming back and I'm getting to be a familiar face to a few servers and they are Good! I don't recommend the bbq tacos...bbq and taco don't mix at all..not to me anyway

I've been here many times with friends and family and we all enjoy the food every time. The staff is so delightful, our waiter one time even said "thank you all for being so nice and grateful, it's very much appreciated!" The food comes out so fast that you'd think it wouldn't have high-quality flavor, but you'd be dead wrong to assume! You won't be let down with their wings, no matter the sauce or heat index you choose. Give them a try as their excellent service is sure to bring you back.

The mac and cheese with brisket is amazing gotta try it.

We have been here before and enjoyed it. We decided to try the 75 cent wing night. Wings were not as good as our last visit. Lemon pepper wings were overly salty, Thai wings were too sweet. I liked the Cajun ranch wings. Our beef is that even though it's 75 cent wing night they charged us 99 cents per "flavor." We specifically asked the waiter if the 75 wings covered all wings and he said yes. The manager came over and took the extra charges off, but we should not have had to request that.

The food was great at always. Unfortunately the service was not. My daughter and I waited for about 10 mins to be seated (it was almost empty) about 30 mins for the wings and only seen our server when it was time for the check.

Great food! We had to flag someone down after we were seated for them to get our drinks and take our order, but other than that service was good. We had tacos, wings, sliders, all were very good!

Great wings and a super awesome waiter named Lonnie!! My drink never ran out!! Plus the biggest basket of yummy fries I've ever seen!

Food is always amazing. All sorts of different flavors and good sides. The service is sometimes lagging and takes a while for food every so often. But at least the food taste great.

The chicken Avacadi flatbread was awesome! Great wings! As usual...The only place I know of in Kingsport with Kentucky Bourbon Barrel on draft!

So far we have tried the wings, potato chips, shrimp tacos and cookie skillet. Everything has been delicious and reasonably priced. The portions are generous also. Will definitely keep going back for more.

This is a restaurant I frequent often because no matter what I get on the menu, the food is excellent! The staff are always kind and courteous. They know me by name and what I generally order along with new items to try. I strongly recommend this establishment!

Really good food. Hard to choose a sauce

Flavors we're good, but food was cold after waiting over an hour for it. A bad experience after a great first experience prior. Was quite embarrassed after having chosen the place for our group to eat. Don't know if I will be back, and I assure the rest of the group will not be.

Always great food and great staff! Never had a bad visit.

Wings aren't all that. That's my honest opinion.

Had dinner here tonight with the family. Food was good , service was good . Restaurant not as clean as it normally is (and not busy ). Sat at a table that had hand prints all over the seat looked like a child use their food for finger painting. Also the lights above were excessively bright ,had to sit at the edge of the my booth to avoid the spot light . Game center in booths not being maintained. Overall experience, solid B-

I really liked it and the bourbon (drunken) apple, Harvest apple flavored wings $6.99? For 5(which was all I had room for to eat)/11.99 for 10, I took the extra 6 home for another meal. The Appetizer was Delicious. And it was interesting to get a choice of carrot sticks or celery sticks and dip with the wings👍 it's not easy to find the location though unless you know where it is to look and we had to use Google Maps GPS to find it and ended up passing it and had to turn around

Our first time eating at this establishment and we were very pleased. Great service and food. Our dessert was burned, and took longer than expected so the manager came to our table to apologize as well as credit it back to our bill. I appreciate staff who care to make mistakes right. We will be returning!!!

Great food, reasonable prices and a good beer selection. They also have built a heated patio off the side of the building with two nice dart boards and they host dart league.

Staff is great, food is subpar and overpriced.

The restaurant is so clean!! However, there is nothing like the staff and bartenders there who are SUPERB!!! They do a wonderful job waiting on you, they go above and beyond to make sure your order is correct! The bartenders are fantastic, very professional, and can create any kind of drink you want! It’s magic!!

I have to say the best wings I've had. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend for family and all.One can even have a glass of spirits from the bar.

Service was good, but needs a bit wider selection. Needs to have something else on tv on dining side and leave sports for the bar area.

Great service, great food. Very clean restaurant. Good Management makes for good employees. Kudos to manager Shane Winegar. One of our favorite places to eat.
